Winter Magic at Celebration Square
There’s magic in the air at Celebration Square! With spectacular art installations, twinkling lights, and skating on the City’s largest outdoor ice rink, there are so many ways to embrace the cold throughout the season.

Stay cozy this winter at one of three heated patios located on the Upper Square by the ice rink – the picture-perfect spots to lace up your skates or warm up after hitting the ice! Stop by and stay warm with outdoor heaters, plenty of seats, and winter vibes all wrapped up under countless sparkling lights.

Skating rink
The Celebration Square ice rink will open November 26, 2023, weather dependant.
The Celebration Square ice rink is free for public use and open daily.
Open Daily: 10am to 10pm
Celebration Square is an outdoor rink that may need to close temporarily during periods of heavy snow or warmer temperatures. To confirm the rink is open, call 905-615-3200 ext. R-I-N-K (7465). To see how busy the ice rink is, view the live webcam.
Participants must follow the Skaters Code of Conduct while using the ice rink.

Snack at the food trucks
Bring your own snacks for a picnic on the turf grass lawn or enjoy the outdoor seating areas at Celebration Square.
