On Monday, February 16, the city comes alive with fun for everyone. Dive into a day of excitement with sports that get you moving, arts that spark your creativity, and activities designed for the whole family to enjoy. From high-energy recreation to hands-on crafts, Mississauga has something for everyone.

Saturday, February 14 | 12 to 4 p.m.

Bundle up for free outdoor fun on Bradley Museum’s charming historic grounds. Try snowshoeing and snow games (weather permitting), enjoy playful outdoor activities, and warm up with steaming hot chocolate.

With crafts, games, and plenty of fresh air, it’s the perfect way to unplug and make memories together. Advance registration is recommended but not required.

Parking is available onsite, along Orr Road (where permitted), and at nearby Meadowwood Park.

This Family Day 2026, Celebration Square transforms into a massive outdoor dance floor on ice and you’re on the guest list!

From noon to 4 p.m., glide, groove, and spin at our free DJ‑powered skating party presented by TD, complete with cozy heated patios and mouth‑watering treats from the food trucks.

Grab your skates, grab your family, and get ready for a winter party you won’t forget.

Drop in anytime between noon and 4 p.m. for this artistic Family Day celebration.

Monday, February 16 | 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Step into a dazzling world where Mowgli’s classic jungle tales leap off the stage through stunning video, creative shadow‑play, and original music. Jungle Book reimagines Rudyard Kipling’s beloved stories for today’s world; exploring themes of belonging, courage, and our connection to the animal kingdom.

This is a fresh, modern adaptation (not the Disney version), filled with breathtaking visuals and heart.

Enjoy free programming for the whole family at select Mississauga community centres. Try a variety of activities including Zumba, fun swims, skating, creative dance, screen printing and stick and puck hockey. Arrive early as programs are available on a first come, first served basis.
